Pomegranate & sumac baked feta

Servings:
  • 200 gfeta, block
  • 29.57 mlpomegranate molasses
  • 4.93 mlsumac
  • 4.93 mlhoney
  • 9.86 mlolive oil
  • 29.57 mlpomegranate seeds
  • 14.79 mlpistachios, chopped
  • mint leaves, torn, a few
  • pittas, toasted, to serve

Preparation

    Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6.

    Put the feta in a shallow baking dish.

  3. 3

    Combine the pomegranate molasses, sumac, honey and olive oil in a bowl, and pour this over the feta, brushing to coat.

    Bake for 15-20 mins until soft.

    Scatter over the pomegranate seeds, pistachios and mint, then serve with toasted pittas for dunking.
